Delivery Information

1. This Sales Agreement has been prepared to determine the mutual rights and responsibilities for shopping transactions conducted through the www.mryinteriors.com website. The purpose of www.mryinteriors.com is to supply regional products, which are unique to certain regions of Turkey, difficult or impossible to procure outside their region, and can be shipped by cargo, and to deliver them under suitable conditions to buyers who desire them. Users shopping through this site will be referred to as “customers” in the following clauses. Consumers shopping through www.mryinteriors.com are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

2. Orders for products on www.mryinteriors.com can only be placed online, and payments can be made via bank transfer, EFT, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). If payments are made via bank transfer, EFT, or postal checks, the customer’s name and, if possible, the order number should be specified in the description field.

3. Membership is not required to shop from www.mryinteriors.com. Orders can be placed by entering identity information, address, and email address during checkout. For each order placed, the system assigns an order number to the customer. Customers can check the status of their orders by entering their email address and order number in the order tracking section of www.mryinteriors.com. Customers under the age of 18 cannot shop on www.mryinteriors.com.

4. An order is considered valid once payment is processed via credit card or the bank transfer reaches the www.mryinteriors.com account. After payment approval, if the products are available in stock or from suppliers, the order is handed over to the shipping company. If there is an issue with dispatching the order, www.mryinteriors.com will notify the customer via email. Products that are out of stock will be mentioned in this email. Before shipping, www.mryinteriors.com does not withdraw the payment from the customer’s credit card but only places a hold on the amount. Customers can cancel their orders before they are shipped by calling 0543 239 39 43 or sending a message through the Contact link. If payment has been made, the product amount will be refunded either by releasing the hold on the credit card or by returning the transfer amount to the customer's bank account. The customer must specify their order number when requesting cancellation.

5. When ordering by credit card, the www.mryinteriors.com system automatically connects to the bank associated with the card. www.mryinteriors.com does not see or store any customer credit card details. The information is sent to the bank for approval using 128-bit Rapid SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Since credit card information is not stored on the www.mryinteriors.com website, it cannot be accessed or intercepted by third parties.

6. The processing time of orders is not when the order is placed but when the payment amount is authorized on the credit card or the bank transfer is received in the account. Orders made via bank transfer that are not reflected in the account within 3 business days will be canceled after contacting the customer and receiving their opinion.

7. All product prices listed on www.mryinteriors.com include VAT at the applicable rate.

8. Shipping options and costs are displayed during the checkout process. Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless otherwise specified in the product details. Shipping fees are calculated by the system based on the product’s size or weight and the delivery distance and added to the total amount. For orders above 80 YTL (unless otherwise specified), the shipping cost is covered by www.mryinteriors.com.

9. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any justification and without incurring any penalty within fourteen days. The withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer or a third party specified by the consumer receives the goods. However, the consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal from the time the contract is established until the delivery of the goods. In case of withdrawal, the shipping fee is paid by the consumer.

10. Delivery is made to the customer at the address specified, to the person specified in the order, or to the customer’s first-degree relative after verifying their identity. The customer is responsible for any issues arising from incorrect identity details or delivery addresses.

11. If damage is detected upon delivery, the package should not be accepted, and a report should be prepared with the courier. The report should be faxed to www.mryinteriors.com at 0543 239 39 43 or emailed along with details about the damage. www.mryinteriors.com will coordinate with the courier company to resend the undamaged package to the customer.

12. Delays or cancellations may occur if the products ordered are out of stock at the supplier. In such cases, www.mryinteriors.com will inform the customer via email or phone. The cost of out-of-stock products will be refunded to the customer's credit card or bank account.

13. Customers can return the purchased products within 7 days from the delivery date, provided the original packaging is intact and unopened. If damage is detected, a report should be prepared with the courier, and the product should not be accepted. Products with opened packaging, damage, or use cannot be returned. Perishable products or those with expiry risks cannot be returned. Customers should inform www.mryinteriors.com via the Contact Link or by calling 0543 239 39 43 before returning a product. Returns must include the invoice. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

14. All products sold on www.mryinteriors.com are covered by the manufacturer’s or importer’s warranty. Exchanges are handled by the warranty provider and coordinated by www.mryinteriors.com to ensure quick resolution.

15. www.mryinteriors.com is not responsible for any errors arising from technical or typographical issues related to product details and prices. Descriptions are for informational purposes only. Products are not medical drugs and are not equivalent to treatments prescribed by healthcare professionals.

16. www.mryinteriors.com may temporarily suspend or permanently stop system operations. It holds no liability towards members, customers, or third parties in such cases.

17. Unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or legal actions, that prevent fulfillment of obligations will be considered force majeure, and obligations will be suspended during this period.

18. www.mryinteriors.com reserves the right to add or change terms as necessary for legal or technical reasons. The customer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions electronically. İstanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices will resolve disputes.
