The sizes listed in the "Dimensions" menu are the most common wall sizes however you are always welcome to message me the sizes of your wall and I will let you know the price according to that as soon as possible or you can choose the dimension that is next size up to your wall dimensions and write your dimensions as "Width x Height" in the "Please Specify Your Contact Information area" with your contact number as it is required by the delivery company for smooth delivery and I will print according to your sizes.

My sample sizes depend on the design and are usually 19" x 19" (50 cm x 50 cm) in order for customers to see the design better.
For some designs they are 19" x 30" (50 cm x 75 cm). Totally depends on the design.

Items are usually shipped within 1 - 2 business days after the order has been placed however due to pandemic situation sometimes it may take more.
Shipping to the US & Canada can take from 2 to 5 business days.

When you receive your order please note that concrete designs always look pixilated and stretched cause it is their nature. Imagine yourself looking at a real concrete wall and then looking at it at a decent distance, it is exactly like that however when you hang it on the wall it will look exactly as in the pictures/sample. Customs fee/taxes are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for any delay regarding to customs. Please make sure the address is correct when you place an order. We have no responsibilities for wrongly addressed package.

REFUNDS:

As the wallpapers are made to order, we do not offer refunds/returns unless the product arrives damaged in that case customer is responsible for all charges to return the product, and then we will ship a new one. The customer can not refuse the delivery of the product. If they refuse the delivery then the product will be destroyed and can not request any kind of refund, replacement or exchange as it will be considered delivered.

In order to prevent further problems we highly recommend you to video record the postage when it arrives and keep recording while unwrapping your postage and checking your order.
