Returns and Cancellation

Standard products purchased through MRYINTERIORS may be returned for any reason within 14 days from your original purchase from our website. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to wallpaper returns. Return shipments must be made in appropriate packaging and at customer's expense. Once the returned wallpaper has been verified in good condition a credit will be issued. Wallpaper samples may not be returned for any reason. Contact us at mustafa@elmaslargrup.com.tr with your return request.

You have no right to return a product made to your specifications or that is clearly personalized. As a general rule, all of our photo-walls/murals are made to our customer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

Image colors tones may be different than your pc or phone screen. Please note that the real-life designs and sizes can differ from what they look like in the images and the displayed images are for demonstration purposes only.

In case of complaint

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your returned merchandise in good condition.

DAMAGED PACKAGE

If you notice that the package is damaged, collect it from the courier and ask for it to be opened it in his or her presence. If the contents are also damaged or incorrect, fill in the complaint form. The Seller will resend your order at no extra cost or will refund your money within 14 business days. If you notice the package is damaged after the courier’s departure, unfortunately, neither the damage to the package, nor the complaint will be recognized.

Import Fees / Custom

Customs fee/taxes are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for any delay regarding to customs. Please make sure the address is correct when you place an order. We have no responsibilities for wrongly addressed package.
