Info: Concrete wall designs can be tricky as when you receive your order and look at it close up you will think that that there is something wrong with the design (Stretched, faded, pixelated etc.) Please bear in mind that it is like looking at a real concrete wall close up and then looking at it as a whole, just like that. When you hang it will look exactly as in the pictures.

NOT TO USE IF,

- Your walls are textured or sanded 
- If you recently painted your walls 
- Your walls are dirty or dusty
- Your walls have mold or humidity spots
- The wall paint is lifting off
- It will be exposed to constant heat or direct flames
- Covering old wallpaper or other elements on the wall

COLOR:
Colors may appear different depending on monitor settings.

Some colors may not be as vivid as they are seen in the pictures as after printing on actual materials color tones may differ.

Customs fee/taxes are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for any delay regarding to customs. Please make sure the address is correct when you place an order. We have no responsibilities for wrongly addressed package. 

REFUNDS:

As the wallpapers are made to order, we do not offer refunds/returns unless the product arrives damaged in that case customer is responsible for all charges to return the product, and then we will ship a new one. The customer can not refuse the delivery of the product. If they refuse the delivery then the product will be destroyed and can not request any kind of refund, replacement or exchange as it will be considered delivered.

In order to prevent further problems we highly recommend you to video record the postage when it arrives and keep recording while unwrapping your postage and checking your order.
